I'm going to finish 21 years on this earth on the 4th of March 2013.
There I've said it.
This girl is not ashamed, maybe slightly because I doubt I've done anything very worthwhile in these very long years that seem like yesterday.
I'd like to list 21 things I have accomplished this year, namely my 21st year.
Not in any particular order of importance:
1. I have a blog that im proud of. i have a blog. i HAVE a BLOG!
2. I've learnt to drive.
3. I have designed a Magazine Cover (am in the process of designing another.)
4. i've gone on tour, found that i should travel more. its good for my heart.
5. I can fit into a pair of size 26 jeans (not an accomplishment)
6. I have the best friends in the world! (true story)
7. I've danced in the rain and watched a sunrise. God still loves the world! :) He tells me everyday1
8. I've written a story I'm proud of - its called 'of friends and faultless mice'
9. I've taught catechism to lil' kids
10. I've worn a sari in public - twice (and danced)
11. I've listened to the waves talk to me, i've learnt that the sound of the sea can calm me.
12. I've learnt that a real woman does not waste time on drama, my time is too precious to be wasted on such things.
13. I've sent a message on the wind. prayer works. always.
14. I've discovered i can write poetry( gosh andrea, anyone can rhyme)
15. i've learnt to be best friends with my sister - she is the most beautiful, most talented person i know. and if she's angry with me, its probably my fault.
16. I'm comfortable in my own skin - no one else can be a better me.
17. i've learnt to follow the motto -'if it is to be, it is upto me'
18. i've learnt to follow my heart. and wear it on my sleeve.
19. i've learnt to live for the moment, choosing what is right and good, even though it may be hard (i've still to stop trying to do things only if they're socially acceptable)
20. i've learnt to remind myself that i should thank GOD IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.
21. I've learned to love who i am,
charms, defects and all,
because that is how He made me :)
